what happened when you were 13?

I read the bible and decided the catholic school of thought didn’t suit me

No, not at all. Not in the sense of following any religion. I was brought up “Catholic” until I was 13. I looked into Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism but didn’t feel any particular connection. Religion has always interested me, though.

Reading the bible was definitely a game changer haha

The Art of Rap is a great read for anyone who listen to Hip Hop music.

Old Yeller might’ve fucked with my head haha

idk I haven’t been reading much lately and I’m drawing a blank

This is a great question!

I grew up listening to 311, Manu Chao, Bob Marley, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Joy Division and others from Factory Records, the Sex Pistols, Crass, Dead Kennedys, Killing Joke.

Being brought up with punk music influenced my political perspectives while reggae and other international music gave me an appreciation for cultures outside of mine.
